I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ricky and his team. He stands by his work and warranty is incredible. We thought about going to a Toyota specific shop but considering the followup problems this suv had related to the original problem I’m so glad we chose this shop. I doubt any other “general” repair shop would have spent as much time and effort finding and fixing the uncommon problem my Highlander had. Ricky never gave up and I think most people would have. It was a very unusual issue. Ricky was always polite and professional and made a great effort to explain things to me in a way that made sense to a layperson. His prices are fair and honest, too. They did a great job on my transmission. They repaired it quickly and effficiently. Unfortunately, I had to bring it back in as it developed problems within two weeks. One of the best experiences I have had at a transmission shop! Sally and Ricky are very genuine people... They looked at my Chevy Avalanche for some noises and after days of test they found nothing. They lubricated the driveshaft that seemed to help! Oh and they didn't charge me a penny....
